Dear Senator Feinstein:
Thank you for your correspondence dated December 18, 2007 acknowledging my difficulties with federal agencies. While I do need casework assistance from your office, the timeliness of my use of the email form was coincident with a public debate on the use of torture and renewal of Acts under which such actions are interpreted as permissible. As the recipient of action and deed that resulted in permanent injury, and is the cause continuing harm, I desired that no one else to be subject to the same risk and undertook a 21st century response for the purpose of expedience.
I am trying to challenge the assumption that a Implantable Radiofrequency Transponder System for Patient Identification and Health Information that exceeded the limitations on exemptions in 21 CFR 880.9 could be used without premarket notifications without liability being incurred. Please find pages 1-4 with the label “Exhibit 99.2”, as well as pages 9,12,15, from”Subject: Undercover Operations and Guidelines”. I have presented X rays that I believe prove that I was/am a victim of torture in a Court that receives Federal subsidies. The Court decided not to consult experts. Additionally, I have developed a method of obtaining images of sub dermal inductances using plasma, see attached “PlasmaGraph”.
Federal grants were/are being used to obtain first-responder radio equipment that can scan for RFID's from ground and aerial locations. Collimation and calibration, training exercises and harassment have been what I've had to endure since the unlawful unnecessary operation, during which I was conscious, to insert my RFID. Falsification of my personal Medical Records, extended pain and discomfort, and increased medical costs have impoverished me, trying to keep a tracking system secret.
Unpaid Servitude 24/7/52/year since my burden was placed upon me with no due-process, and no way to appeal, has caused untold trauma and stress. Experimentation on Human beings during wartime is a war crime. As a victim of a violent crime, a DOJ employee directed my request for reparations to the local DA, from whom I've herd nothing.
FBI says I only have a civil case for the botched operation, lawyers will not take a RFID case. DOJ Civil rights Division, says I should appeal my case all the way up to the Supreme Court, implying they know exactly whats going on and approve of it. See attached DOJ contact sheet.
Californian State Senator Simitrean had his Aide Maureen McCartney has been trying to help me, and has a copy of the Liability Path Letter that I wrote. Since it names everyone from the doctor (Chang), Surgery location(Sutter), managing body (Santa Cruz Medical Foundation), and various Executive Branch Departments, she said acting on would be difficult for her.
Governor Schwarzenegger and State Attorney General Brown were unresponsive.
Social Security denied me, I appealed, denied again. Doctor saw X rays.
DOJ unresponsive to offer of PlasamaGraph technology.
DARPA Grant bogged down in paperwork.
Simple Goals:
Make RFID X ray Expert available to DOJ.
In role victim in Senate Health care Program
Get RFID device removed, and make sure the patient survives.
Earmark victim compensation calculated with California coerced-chip rates since date of operation. Currently the rates are $10,000 per insertion, $1000/day, everyday it is still there.
Get compensation from Commercial interests that profited from signal, but payed nothing
Prosecute perpetrators.
Reclassify Verichip RFID as a Class II Device
Stand-down the DOD RFID insertion program
Have old HHS head who approved chip, then got a sweetheart Verichip stock deal prosecuted.
Pull the pad from the doctor who prescribed RFID for life.
Suspend without pay any RFID scanner operator who plays “Shave and a Haircut, Two-Bits!”.
Get FDA on right track. Jews didn't like numbers tattooed, Americans should reject dehumanizing numbers being shoved in them against their will.
Get FCC on right track. The airways belong to the people.
Get FAA on right track. Takeoff/Landing rights to Aircraft that track RFID's should not be granted. Work on missiles with RFID scanners should be stopped.
